People selling cheap tobacco are more likely to be selling other things illegally (DVDs, alcohol), exposing our children to more dangers.
Far from being a victimless crime, illegal tobacco can be targeted at children and young people, and at cash-strapped families. This campaign will help keep illegal tobacco out of our communities by:
